Today David installed a new 220 volt service for our new Bosch oven/microwave This is the third electrical job for Bolt technicians and I'm so very impressed with the continuity of their service. I was having issues with a few outlets throughout my house and I tried everything a layman could do to fix the issue. I contacted Bolt Electric on a Sunday afternoon via their website and Ronnie responded in less than an hour (which was very unexpected). He came out to my house 2 hours later and fixed the issue in under an hour. His estimate was accurate and explained the issue to me in words that I could understand (so I didn t feel like I was being taken). I hope I don t need an electrician in the near future, but if I do I will contact Ronnie again without any hesitation. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of electrician services!

This company is far superior to anyone else we spoke with. They work quickly, either by email, phone or in person. Their prices are fair, they don't use high pressure sales like the other companies, don't use fear to intimated you and force you into repairs you don't need and are fair and professional. I had bought a renovated 1979 house that had some electrical citations on the inspection I needed fixed. I e-mailed the inspection report to five electricians I found here on yelp asking for an estimate on the work listed in it. Ronnie was the only one to call me back, talk through the actual implications of what the inspector cited, and then reply with a formal written estimate. Others shot back a quick e-mail rattling off some numbers (a few slightly cheaper), but Ronnie was a professional in how he handled the bid so I felt confident the workmanship would be good.
He explained he could make an afternoon appointment to do part of the work and would come a second day to handle attic work so it wouldn't be so hot up there. As he tackled the tasks on the report, he explained everything, showed me the finished product, and answered some additional questions I had outside of the inspection results. When it came time for the follow-up appointment on a Saturday morning, he was fifteen minutes early and ready to go, and threw in a ceiling fan adjustment I had asked about as a complementary service. He's personable, knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciate his workmanship and will call again if I need further work.

Bolt Electric was very professional, prompt, and personable. I was afraid I was going to have to replace the entire ceiling fan unit, but the problem turned out to be the remote receiver in the fan unit. They purchased a new remote/receiver unit before they arrived "just in case". I was so happy they were able to repair the unit since the fan was a contemporary style that I had special ordered and would be difficult to replace. We have 5 remote controlled ceiling fans in the house and have "just coped" with the fact 2 of the fans worked on the same frequency and interfered with 2 of the other fans. They were able to change the frequency settings so that all the fans now work independently and don't interfere with one another. I will definitely keep they're card handy and hire them again for any electrical problem.

Ronnie is deserving of my confidence on many things. I needed to have my main panel replaced with all of the connections and breakers, as well as the ground connection fixed and tested. The estimate was not the lowest, but NO ONE ELSE provided as much of a description of the work to be done. He also appeared confident in the estimate throughout the process. I was not sold anything, I felt comfortable with the whole service, I've recommended them to friends and family. I anticipate smaller electrical improvements soon, I will expand this review to cover more types of electrical work.

These guys are on point.
I need to run some tools that pull high amps in my garage but my new house only came with 1 outlet.
First let's start at the end: Bolt's craftsmanship was pretty damn good. His work looked 10 x's better than anything I've seen in this 2018 home. This guy made the home builder look flat out incompetent. The finished product was clean and classy. He even labeled the new breakers for me inside the breaker box.
So back to the beginning; the electrician and I talked about what I was trying to achieve, and he gave me a few options and dropped his recommendation on what would be the safest, easiest and most functional for my request. I took his recommendation, he was in an out in less than an hour.
The price. Well you get what you pay for right?!?. I needed someone to rewrite my home's breaker box. I'm not trying to get killed or burn the place down. The electrician explained what he's doing and why he's doing it. I'm sure I could have saved $10 or $20 bucks, but why? This is about safety and security. I needed the job done correctly, the first time.

I got a very nice person on the phone to set my appointment. The appt. occurred 2 days after the phone call. When Andy, the tech, arrived he was very courteous and efficient. My two electric problems were fixed in under an hour. I will definitely use Bolt again if I have further issues.
